What’s New at ShopOnCloud?
Now you can change the payment status of an order from the ShopOnCloud Admin console. Once the shop receives the payment for an order, you can update the order payment status. This will help your store managers to keep track of your orders and maintain a regulated delivery process, serving the customers who have made the payment.
Having the ability to view, filter, and sort the orders received by your shop is critical to its daily management.
We have updated the order listing UI enabling the shop managers and admins to view more orders by hiding product details initially. Shop Admin can view the details of every order by clicking on the selected order.
Offer your customers multiple payment methods and the ability to choose the payment method that suits them best. ShopOnCloud has now enabled safe and secure manual payment methods such as cash on delivery and bank transfers for your store. This feature can be easily activated from the backend by shop admins and managers.
Allow your customers to choose a delivery time convenient and feasible to them as well as to your delivery partners. Provide your customers with a “Delivery Time Picker” which they can use to set a specific time for their products to be delivered to their doorstep. Shop owners can now enable the delivery time picker in the shopping cart itself.
On ShopOnCloud, shop admins and managers can select the product descriptions displayed to the customers. Shop owners can select from a range of product details including product name, price, discounted price, related offers, description, available stock, etc.. to be listed on the online storefront
Once you have created your shop with ShopOnCloud you will receive a confirmation email with your shop URL and other details.
Usually, the products available in the online shop are listed under their specific categories. Now you can allow your customers to view all the products listed in your shop using the “All Products” section of the product filtering.
Products in your online store can be categorised and featured under various categories. These categories can be set up and customised from the Admin console.
The new option allows shop users and managers to filter and feature selected products in the online storefront as featured products.
