A variable is a property value of a product or your online shop. They can be fixed properties like the shop name, business logo, business address or product name while others can be changeable like the category name, weight, size or available location.

The configuration panel of the new admin console offers a new section to manage the general SEO settings of your online store. These settings are grouped according to your online shop’s home page, products, and categories.

The April update to ShopOnCloud is done to ensure better online visibility for your products and categories. We have incorporated separate URLs for product pop-ups and category pages.
Moreover, all the product and category pages have their unique page title, meta description, OG title, OG description and image ensuring better visibility of the Search Engine Results Page (SERP) and shareability of social media.

Product variants are used to manage products with multiple characteristics and features. Each alternative of the main product option will be a variant. Variant products will have their own SKU and stock details while the other details will be inherited from the main product.
