Features to Manage Shop Users Easily
1. Permission-based Access
Super admins can provide permissions to other admins and shop managers using the store’s user console. Permission-based access allows Shop owners to provide the members of their team the relevant degree of access ensuring smooth and secure operation of the shop.
e.g.: If a console user is only required to work on Cart Offer Management and Dashboard management, his or her permissions can be set for the user to work only on these specific areas in the online store.
2. Admin can Define User Details
In online business, strategies implemented may differ from one store to another. Also, the process of collecting information varies based on the business type and model. Now SoC Admin Console supports defining required fields on the user information section on the checkout process.
Eg: Shops that carry out SMS campaigns for the customers. They can mark phone numbers as a required field for users.

3. Order Details Report can be Downloaded
Order details play a key role in any online business. Shop owners at ShopOnCloud can download detailed order reports from the backend with product details.
4. Product Default Status is Inactive
When a product is added to the shop, it will be initially added as an inactive product. This will help to prevent unnecessary products from being displayed in the shop. Once all the details of the product have been updated, the admin can activate the product to be displayed on the storefront.
5. Additional Charges
Now shop owners can manage additional charges and cost to products like taxes. Shoppers can view these details on the checkout process, Order emails, Order invoice and also on the Order summary.
6. Shop Page UI Updated
The Shop page UI of ShopOnCloud online shops can be updated to improve user experience. Now products will be displayed from the cache until actual data is loaded from the API.
7. Cache Management UI Updated
ShopOnCloud shops are using CDN to speed up the shops on the internet. Once shop owners changed shop settings, JS & CSS or image CDN cache should be clear to visible changes to the shoppers. Now Cache Management UI updated to easily manage this CDN cache for the shop owners.
