Bug Fixes and Updates (June 10, 2021)
- Issue with Deleting Categories is Fixed
Earlier when a category was deleted its sub categories and child categories were deleted along with it.
Now this bug has been fixed and once the same action is performed, it will stop by deleting only the first level of sub categories.
- UI for Matrix Rate shipping Updated to show invalid city rates.
The UI for Matrix Rate shipping has been updated to show any invalid cities. This limits the store to its targeted areas and avoids any orders that cannot be delivered.
- “URL key” issue fixed.
The previously noted issue in the location edit form’s “URL key” has been fixed.
- Resizing issue fixed
Earlier difficulties faced by users when resizing small images on their online store has been fixed successfully making it much easier to manage product images.
- Error in Location Based Category Visibility
An issue was found in the previous update where the categories were made visible for the wrong location. This issue has been fixed to provide users with a more accurate and smooth online shopping experience.
- “DEFAULT” Location Name Issue.
The initial location name was default. In the previous release, this name was not visible to anyone outside of the shop. But with the new release upgraded facilitating SEO, the location name has been added to the end of the page title making it visible in the SERP.
- Product Export Report
The ShopOnCloud product export report carries some new updates. It’s new addition “Product Status” provides information on where the product stands in the process during the time of the report.
The location based product export option has also been added to the admin console. The update has further improved the report’s relevance by removing products that do not fall under any category.
- SEO Details Update
The new update provides Shop Owners and managers with SEO details.These details are updated in the product information section.
