The online store you build on ShopOnCloud will undergo a range of continuous improvements to enhance your experience. Offers, discounts, and deals are pivotal in driving customers to your online store and increasing sales. However, these offers, discounts, and deals will undergo an array of new updates and improvements just like every other aspect of the online shopping platform. It can be considered a measure that would make your customers' shopping experience more exciting. Begin your ShopOnCloud experience at your own pace with the following steps.
Step 1 - Log in to your ShopOnCloud account.
Step 2 - Click “Offers” on the left side menu.
Step 3 - Click on “Cart Sale” under the Offers section.
Step 4 - Click the “+” sign in the right-top corner to add a new offer.
Step 5 - Add a name to your offer.
Step 6 - Add a description to your offer.
Step 7 - Activate the “Active” toggle.
Step 8 - Select a Start Date and a Start Time for the offer.
Step 9 - Select an End Date and an End Time for the offer.
Step 10 - Select either Yes or No in the “Process More” field. This will decide whether or not the customer will be directed to more offers.
Step 11 - Adjust the “Priority” option. You can choose what offer comes before what in this section. Click “Next” once you are done.
Step 12 - Select between All or Any options under “Master Rules”.
Step 13 - Select either True or False in the “Select Condition” section.
Step 14 - Select the “Subtotal” in the attribute section.
Step 15 - Select the type of condition.
Step 16 - Type a value.
Step 17 - Click on “Next”.
Step 18 - Visit the “Apply” section and select the type of offer. The type of offer has to be chosen between “Percentage of the total price”, where the offer will apply to the amount as a percentage, and “Fixed amount discount” where the offer can be applied as a fixed amount.
Step 19 - Include the amount you wish to reduce in the “Discount Amount” section.
Step 20 - Click “Submit” to finalise the process.
