A product category provides customers with access to a wide range of similar products. Offering bulk discounts at product category level can have multiple benefits for you as well as your shoppers including increased sales, faster stock clearance and a faster checkout process. Follow the easy steps listed below to; Add new offer information, Create a new rule and to Apply the new offers to the product categories in your Shop on Cloud.
Step 1 - Log in to your ShopOnCloud account.
Step 2 - Click “Offers” on the left side menu.
Step 3 - Click on “Flash Sales” under the Offers section.
Step 4 - Click the “+” in the right-top corner to add a new offer.
Step 5 - Type down a name for your offer.
Step 6 - Type a description of the offer.
Step 7 - Activate the “Active” toggle.
Step 8 - Select a Start Date and a Start Time for the offer.
Step 9 - Select an End Date and an End Time for the offer.
Step 10 - Select from Yes or No in the “Process More” field. This will decide whether the customer will be directed to more offers or not.
Step 11 - Adjust the Priority. You can choose what offer comes before what in this section. Click “Next” once you are done.
You have successfully updated information about your new offer. Let’s create a new rule for the offers
Step 12 - Select between All or Any under “Master Rules”.
Step 13 - Select whether the True or False in the “Select Condition” section.
Step 14 - Select the type of attribute as Product category.
Step 15 - Click on “Please Select Rule Attribute Value” at the right corner.
Step 16 - Select the categories and click “Add To Rule”.
Step 17 - Click on “Next”.
You have created a new rule. Now it's time to apply the new offer to the respective Product Categories.
Step 18 - Select how you want to apply the offer in the “Apply” section.
Step 19 - Type down the “Discount amount”.
Step 20 - Click “Submit” to finalise the process.
Well Done! You have successfully added the new offer to the Product Categories.
