The day to day management of your online store can be delegated with any number of members with different access and permission levels to allow secure yet smooth function of your shop. Find out how you can set access levels for other admins. Use the steps given below;
Step 1 - Log in to your ShopOnCloud account.
Step 2 - Click on “Users” on the left side menu.
Step 3 - Click the “Key Icon” in the right corner of the specific user you wish to set permissions on.
Step 4 - Select the permissions level you wish to set for this admin.
Step 5 - Click “Set Permissions” to end the process.
This way, you can avoid any unauthorised or conflicting actions that may arise while managing your online store. Try setting permission levels for each admin present in your user console.
