Set Up Related Products

Some products complement each other. When customers see other products that relate to the product of their choice, they tend to purchase each with the other, a trend known as cross-selling. The Related Products feature on your Shop On Cloud helps you increase your sales through cross-selling. Follow the below steps to set up related products on Shop On Cloud.

Step 1 - Log in to your ShopOnCloud admin account.

Step 2 - Click on the “Catalogue” section on the left side menu.

Step 3 - Click on “Products” in the catalogue section.

Step 4 - Click the “+” icon at the right-top corner of the page to add a new product. (You can also set up related product feature for your existing products through the Edit icon found at the right corner of each product.)

Step 5 - Scroll down to “Related Products” and click on the “+” icon to browse for related products.

Step 6 - Select the related products and click the “Add” button.

Step 7 - Click “Save” once done. (By selecting “Save and Close” you will be directed back to the product list.)

Now you have connected one of your products with other similar products. Clustering similar products together allow you to implement offers common to each category and enable cross-selling of similar products in your Shop On Cloud.

How Related Products will be displayed in your Shop On Cloud
