The images used for each product play a vital role during a shopper’s purchase decision. An image represents the real product that is on sale. Therefore each image must feature the best characteristics and true form of the product on sale. Follow the given steps to set a primary image for each one of your products.
Step 1 - Log in to your ShopOnCloud admin account.
Step 2 - Click the “Catalogue” section on the left side menu.
Step 3 - Click on “Products” under the catalogue section.
Step 4 - Click the “+” at the right-top corner where you can add new products. ( You can also perform the same task of adding a primary image to your existing products through the Edit icon found at the right corner of each product.)
Step 5 - Scroll down to the “Product Images” section. Upload an image that describes your product best through the “Drag & Drop” icon.
Step 6 - Select an image and tick the “Primary Image” option.
Step 7 - Click “Submit” once you are done.
Now you have successfully set a primary image for your product. You can follow the same method to add images to all of your products, to enhance the appearance of your Shop on Cloud and to make it more user friendly.
