A tag is a keyword assigned to a product or service and makes it easy for shoppers to find the products or service through search or filters. Follow the steps given below to add tags to your products on Shop On Cloud.
Step 1 - Log in to your ShopOnCloud admin account.
Step 2 - Click “Settings” on the left side menu.
Step 3 - Click on “Tags”
Step 4 - Click the “+” at the right-top corner to add new tags.
Step 5 - Type the name of your tag. This name will define the tag. (For example, The material of a t-shirt can be expressed through a tag which will be named as ‘Cotton’)
Step 6 - Browse and upload an icon that suits the tag.
Step 7 - Click “Submit” once you are done.
Now you have successfully created the respective tags for your products. These tags will be available to assign for products. Once you add them to specific products, customers can filter products by these tags.
