Step 1 - Log in to your ShopOnCloud admin account.

Step 2 - Click on the Catalogue section on the left side menu.

Step 3 - Click on Category under the Catalogue section.

Step 4 - Drag and drop the appropriate order into the pre-existing categories.

Category order has a huge effect on how potential customers approach your products and brand. A category that hasn't been organized in an orderly manner could make your brand look tacky, inflexible, and unreliable sometimes.
