Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of a product also known as the list price, recommended retail price and the suggested retail price is the recommended price provided by the manufacturer to the retailers.
The aim of providing an MSRP is to set a standard price across the market for the product but as a retailer, you have the choice of following the recommended price or selling at a lower price.
To add the MSRP to the products in your online shop;
Step 1 - Log in to your ShopOnCloud admin account.
Step 2 - Click on the “Catalogue” section on the left side menu.
Step 3 - Click on “Products” in the catalogue section.
Step 4 - Click the “+” icon at the right-top corner of the page to add a new product. (You can also set up related product features for your existing products through the Edit icon found at the right corner of each product.)
Step 5 - Click the "ATTRIBUTE" section.
Step 6 - Scroll down to the “Advanced Pricing” section.
Step 7 - Type the product “Cost” and “Retail Price”.
Step 8 - Click the “SUBMIT” button.
Step 9 - Click on the “Settings”.
Step 10 - Click on “Configurations” under the Settings section.
Step 11 - Click on “Shop Display”.
Step 12 - Scroll down to the “Menu” section.
Step 13 - Click the Insert icon and select “MSRP”.
Step 14 - Finally, click the “SUBMIT” button.
Now you have added the MSRP to your products in your online shop.
