Assisting your customers to edit the information and details provided by them is an inherent part of your online store. Sometimes a customer may want to edit the number or quantity of goods and products ordered or maybe change their mind about a particular product and would seek your help to edit the order information.
In such situations, follow the below steps to edit order information in your online store.
Step 1 - Log in to your ShopOnCloud admin account.
Step 2 - Click on “Orders” on the left side menu.
Step 3 - Select the particular order you need to edit and click the “Edit” icon.
Step 4 - Edit the relevant information
Step 5 - Finally click the “Update” button.
Now you have successfully updated the order information of a selected order.
