On ShopOnCloud, shop owners can now download order details in a CSV file format,* for easy processing and recording, You can easily select and filter the orders you need to download according to a range of parameters.
Follow the steps given below to download the order details on your online store.
Step 1 - Log in to your ShopOnCloud admin account.
Step 2 - Click on the “Orders” on the left side menu.
Step 3 - Click the “Export Order List” icon.
Step 4 - Click “Detail”
Step 5 - Finally save your computer order details CSV file *.
*What is a CSV File?
A CSV file is a comma-separated values file is a delimited text file that uses a comma to separate values. Each line of the file is a data record. Each record consists of one or more fields, separated by commas. The use of the comma as a field separator is the source of the name for this file format.
