Step 1 - The first step is to log into your ShopOnCloud account.

Step 2 - Go to the Settings option on the left side menu.

Step 3 - Next, select Location under the Settings section.

Step 4 - Click the Edit icon.

Step 5 - Scroll down to the Order Types section.

Step 6 - Add the Checkout Message.

Step 7 - Finally, click the SUBMIT button.

Providing a field for special notes on the cart page will also allow customers to communicate better with you and promote ShopOnCloud cart page optimization. In addition, it lets you capture special instructions on how to prepare and deliver an order.
