It is important to display the physical location of your business on your online store. Even though the location might not be accessible by some customers, it builds trust and takes away the doubts that the customer might have about the business. Follow the steps given below add business locations to your Shop on Cloud.
Step 1 - Log in to your ShopOnCloud account.
Step 2 - Click on “Settings”.
Step 3 - Click on “Locations” under the settings section.
Step 4 - Click the “+” in the right-top corner to add a new location.
Step 5 - Type the name of your location.
Step 6 - Type down the maximum number of days that should be shown in the customer calendar.
Step 7 - Activate the “Status” toggle.
Step 8 - Select an "Order type".
Step 9 - Click on “Submit” to save the changes.
You have successfully updated the physical location of your store. Now you can connect online and offline with your customers.
