DHL is a global delivery service provider that can be used by ShopOnCloud shop owners to deliver products to customers in Sri Lanka and around the world. Follow the below steps to add DHL as a delivery service provider to your online shop;
Step 1 - Log in to your ShopOnCloud account.
Step 2 - Click on “Settings” in the left side menu.
Step 3 - Click “Delivery” under the settings section.
Step 4 - Click the “+” icon at the right-top corner of the page to add a new delivery method.
Step 5 - Select the DHL delivery method.
Step 6 - Select “ALL COUNTRY” or “SELECTED COUNTRY” from the country section field as per your delivery areas.
Step 7 - Click the "Submit" button.
Step 8 - Enable the “Active” field.
If you still have not registered under a delivery service provider, set up your DHL Account.
Step 10 - In most cases, you can accept the default Gateway URL. If DHL has given you an alternative URL, enter that URL in the DHL URL field.
Step 11 - Enter your Access ID, Password, and Account Number provided by DHL.
Step 12 - Select the origin country, enter origin city and origin zip code.
Step 13 - In the Content-Type list, select the option that best describes the type of package you ship:
Step 14 - When selecting the applicable "handling fees’" enable "Single Package" for a per package fee calculation.
Step 15 - Select the Weight Unit of the package.
Step 16 - Click the "Submit" button to save your updates.
Now your customers can opt to get their purchases delivered by DHL delivery service anywhere in the world.
