Customers always prefer reliable delivery options. Having a diverse range of delivery options made available at your Shop on Cloud will help you in retaining and attracting a lot of customers.
The following steps will be your guide in setting up delivery methods at your Shop on Cloud.
Step 1 - Log in to your ShopOnCloud account.
Step 2 - Click on the “Settings” on the left side menu.
Step 3 - Click “Delivery” under the settings section.
Step 4 - Click the “+” icon at the right-top corner of the page to add a new delivery method.
Step 5 - Select your Delivery Methods.
Step 6 - Select “ALL COUNTRY” or “SELECTED COUNTRY” from the country section field.
Step 7 - Click “Submit” to finalise the process.
You have successfully added a new delivery method. Your customers can now enjoy a better online shopping experience at your online store. If you still have not registered under a delivery service provider, set up your DHL or Grasshoppers account.
