On ShopOnCloud you can ban and block customers breaching the terms and conditions of your online store and engaging in unethical and unruly behaviour.
The users’ right and license to use your online store are found within the Terms and Conditions of, which lists what customers can do and cannot do while using your online store.
It is best to include a list of these actions in your terms and conditions page for the protection of your online store and other customers.
Moreover, by including a termination clause within your goods and services accounts gives you the ability to ban certain users from your online website for prohibited or abusive activity.
Follow the steps given below to block a customer from your online store.
Step 1 - Log in to your ShopOnCloud admin account.
Step 2 - Click on the “Customers” in the left side menu.
Step 3 - Click the “Block” icon.
Step 4 - Finally click the “Block” button to ban the designated customer from your online store.
