- Login to the ShopOnCloud admin account.
- Click on the Settings tab in the left bottom corner.
- Scroll down and then click on Configurations.
- Click on Domains. (If the Domains option is not visible, please Activate your Shop.)
- Now, type the Domain you purchased and want to configure.
- Then, click on submit. Now you will see the DNS Records that you need to enter in the Domain Portal.
- Now, Login to your Domain Service Provider’s Admin Account.
- Navigate to the DNS settings and add the records appearing on your ShopOnCloud Console to activate your Domain.
- After adding the DNS Records refresh the Shop Console.
- Now, navigate to the Domains section.
- Now, there is an active message beside the Custom Domain in the ShopOnCloud Console which means that we have successfully configured the Custom Domain.
