How to Configure a Custom Domain for Your Shop

In this guide, we will walk you through the entire process, enabling you to seamlessly set up your custom domain, making it easier for customers to find and access your online store. By following these instructions, you'll establish a professional online presence, enhance your brand's visibility, and create a memorable shopping experience for your valued customers. So, let's get started and take your ShopOnCloud Online Store to new heights with your very own domain!

(Please note that you will need to Activate this Shop to configure a Custom Domain for your Shop.)

Steps
Login to the ShopOnCloud admin account.

Click on the Settings tab in the left bottom corner.

Scroll down and then click on Configurations.

Click on Domains. (If the Domains option is not visible, please Activate your Shop.)

Now, type the Domain you purchased and want to configure.

Then, click on submit. Now you will see the DNS Records that you need to enter in the Domain Portal.

Now, Login to your Domain Service Provider’s Admin Account.

Navigate to the DNS settings and add the records appearing on your ShopOnCloud Console to activate your Domain.

After adding the DNS Records refresh the Shop Console.

Now, navigate to the Domains section.

Now, there is an active message beside the Custom Domain in the ShopOnCloud Console which means that we have successfully configured the Custom Domain.
